Refund policy

We really hope you love our products, however if you are not happy with your order once received, you can be offered an exchange less shipping costs within 7 days of receipt. Please contact us within this timeframe at hello@almondshapethelabel.com.au to commence the process.

• All returned items must be sent back to us unused and in their original condition and packaging.
• Buyers are responsible for any return postage costs. Please use the tracked shipping method for any returns in order to avoid lost items.
• Buyers are responsible for submitting correct information for shipping address upon purchase. Shipping fees and product cost are non-refundable for refused, uncollected or undeliverable items where an incorrect address has been supplied to us at the time of purchase.
• Personalised items, items on sale, and components of a product bundle cannot be returned or exchanged.
• We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if items are non-saleable.
• Buyers must pay for the return label unless stated otherwise.
