Refunds & Exchange Policy

We really hope you love our products, however if you are not happy with your order once received, you can be offered an exchange less shipping costs within 7 days of receipt. Please contact us within this timeframe at hello@almondshapethelabel.com.au to commence the process.

All returned items must be sent back to us unused and in their original condition and packaging.
Buyers are responsible for any return postage costs. Please use the tracked shipping method for any returns in order to avoid lost items.
Buyers are responsible for submitting correct information for shipping address upon purchase. Shipping fees and product cost are non-refundable for refused, uncollected or undeliverable items where an incorrect address has been supplied to us at the time of purchase.
Personalised items, items on sale, and components of a product bundle cannot be returned or exchanged.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if items are non-saleable.
Buyers must pay for the return label unless stated otherwise.

Shipping Policy

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS & FEES

We currently offer shipping within Australia only.

Free standard shipping applies to orders over $125.

Orders under $125 are shipped at a flat rate of $10.

Express shipping is available for a flat rate of $15 regardless of the total order amount.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

All orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days. Please note that order processing times may be extended at our discretion during peak sale periods or product launches.

Please note that exact shipping timeframes are subject to shipping companies, and we cannot be held liable for shipping delays or any lost items in transit.

We strongly recommend the Express Shipping Option should you require your order to be delivered by a certain date.

Standard shipping orders typically arrive 2-6 business days from dispatch.
